After partnering with Google on Android One, budget-friendly Micromax is out with the latest of its smartphones, Yu Yureka. The device is a Cynogen OS-based phablet. Micromax Yureka has hit the Indian market at the rate of Rs. 8,999. Just a day into the market, the device is already a hit among the consumers. Yureka is stylish with a unique and elegant look. Its tagline reads, “Play God.”

• It features a 13 megapixel rear camera with aperture and flash. Further, with the growing trend of taking selfies, Micromax has built a five megapixel front-facing “selfie” camera.
• The smartphone has an inbuilt 16 GB storage capacity and can be expanded up to 32 GB through a microSD card.
• The company claims a talk-time battery life of about eight hours and standby time of around 310 hours.
• The phone will be available only in black.
